Tasked with the responsibility of showcasing the custom tools and amazing creators behind the blockbuster movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, 14Four swung into action to help power Sony’s Beyond The Screen website, teaming up with Technology Human And Taste, for fans to enjoy exclusive content.

The Challenge

Bespoke animation methods made scenes in the movie feel as though they were pulled straight from the comics, delivering an authentic super-hero experience. Mimicking this look and feel in the web layout required our design team to suit up and trust their [spidey] senses to assemble each unique style to create a site bursting with content that could pack a punch. Additionally, the site needed to function for Sony’s large Japanese audiences, so building a platform that could go between languages without any glitches was crucial.
